Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipping
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
