- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

- Used, worn, or washed products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order number and issue details
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- The item must be shipped to our USA warehouse return address
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before shipping
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. International Operations Disclosure
Livo Official is operated from Pakistan, and all orders are fulfilled from USA-based warehouses for customers in the United States.
